Terrible Customer Service and Business

I recently ordered a RX101 Marantz Bluetooth controller for my receiver. I order it Monday July 25th had it overnighted called Wednesday 27 several times . I finally got through to a person she said I should get it on Friday 29th. I waited and nothing came, I then called back towards end of the day and no one answered . I left them several messages and no return call. Here it is Wednesday August 3rd and I have been trying to contact them, no one will ever answer. I left them at least two messages a day. Fedex has no record of my package ever being shipped. I paid an extra $40 for over night delivery . I just want my controller and I will be happy. Also they debited my account day of order. I probably will never do business with these people again unless they make it right and stand by their word.

Normally, we take a dim view of anyone who joins purely to bad-mouth some place where they had a bad experience but, in your case, I find it amusing that, in your raging ire, you left out perhaps the most damning piece of information I'm sure you wanted to share.

Can you guess what that is? :rolleyes:

To be fair, he did NOT mention the source so it's just blowing of steam IMO. Something I would definitely do. :D They better reimburse ALL the shipping charges and I would definitely NEVER do business with them again if I were him.

Sorry if I let the cat out of the bag. :p

So, it was meant to accomplish nothing except make a mess on our forum just so he could feel good. A true case of mental masturbation if ever I've seen one. Thanks for recognizing this and pointing it out for us.
