Technics cassette deck?

do you know how to operate the Technics RS-TR 232 double cassette deck? i'd be happy with over all, general operations - specifically the record functions.

I have a Technics RS-TR212 and its owners manual. I assume it would operate very similarly. Can you be more specific about your confusion?
