Audiophyte
The system was installed when the house was build, and has 2 individual TV's one top one bottom, they have 4 ceiling mounted speakers each, and then 16 ceiling mounted speakers throughout the living areas, they used to play the same content as the other speakers and the installer 15 odd years ago made the top bottom system run as one causing the TVs to display the same exact mirrored displays as well as the audio system, the other 16 speakers has a turn knob controller to adjust their volume or turn them off. In short, it's a 2 zone system. All wiring is done to each of the 16 X 8 inch ceiling speakers from the main controll area, and can be easily adjusted or upgraded. I would just like to know, the easiest way to split the system of 24 total speakers into 6 X 4 speaker zones of which 2 zones has to be surround sound systems, the subs will be floor standing models. And the other 4 zones to have their own individual wall mounted smart display controllers and then 2 portable controllers for the surround sound. Should I add a surround sound system to each TV or can I find a decent system that replaces my current amp setup system to control all 6 zones?
