I have been reading a lot the last few days and i have decided that my next subwoofer will be an SVS!.Don't know wich model it will be yet but i am pretty sure it will be the PB-2000 good pricing and great specs!.With everything i have read it will outperforme many of the 15 inchers from most Brands!...

They make quality stuff, and the 45 day in home trial is great, too.

It's a great sub for what it does, but if you put it up against nearly any ported 15" model from an ID sub maker, you might come away disappointed. That said, it's still not a bad sub, and you're on the right track; don't automatically assume 15" means more performance over any 12; it's not that simple.

It's good you're doing your research and know pretty much what you're looking for. For my money the SVS PC12 Plus is a fantastic sub if you can get away with the WAF.

Good luck with your purchase.

Thank you ATLAudio...since i am in Canada i have been looking at the CAD price for the SVS PB-2000 and un fortunately it would cost me approx 1300$ via Sonic Boom Audio!.So i changed my mind and think thats too much for a 12 incher.I also read Brent Butterworth's review on the Klipsch R-115sw and i was very pleased with the review.I think i am going to get the Klipsch instead it will cost me less and i think i will have a pretty good subwoofer!.I like the punchy and tightness side of a sub and it seems like the Klipsch will give me that!..Thank you for your reply!..

I think you'll be happy with what Klipsch did with the new R-115sw. Come back and let everyone know what you think.
