SVS sub isolation/rerun Audyssey?

I installed the SVS isolation system/feet on my new PB-2000 Pro. I don't know if all the science is there but I like the look of the sub being lifted a bit so it's worth the money.
Would you or should I rerun Audyssey after this install? I mean to me common sense says I probably should. What do you say?

The only way is to test

Yeah I'm just thinking did I get it back in the exact spot it was and I had to move the right front to get it out and back in so maybe not exactly where it was before. I'll run it again when I get a empty house.
