SVA - You get what you pay for ..

Hi .. My wife liked this tv due to the price. But at this point, you get what you pay for. The quality isn't up there with other manufacturers, such as Panasonic, etc. If you are fortunate to see this TV with other plasma's, you will see a difference in quality. The SVA seems to be very fuzzy and the colors aren't as vivid. Prices do continue to fall, but not as quickly as they have in the past. Good luck..

Having Some Troubles

I just hooked up a Sony progressive scan DVD player to my new 42" SVA Plasma in hopes for a super clear picture. 85% of the picture is great, but I've got about 6 one-inch lines across the entire screen that are lower clarity. I'm not sure if it's the DVD player or the TV yet.
