Wondering of the cleanest way to setup surround sound back channels, and possibly dual subs too. Issue is the family room is on slab, and has cathedral ceilings with no attic/crawl space above.
The previous owner ran wires outside, but just stapled them to the outside of the house. I didn't realize this, and the spring after we moved in my denon avr died, I think due to a short from the wiring. Does anyone have experience using conduit outside? There is a large stone fireplace in the path inside so routing under baseboard molding has complications.
I currently have a rocketfish wireless system, but i'm not very satisfied with it.
Are any of the current offerings, like from outlaw or aperion, any good?
