Surround and outdoor speaker questions

Sorry if these are really basic, dumb questions. If you want to direct me to a good article that I should have read before posting this - I will appreciate it.

1. - I will be getting a set of Paradigm Studio 100's, CC570, and ADP 470 speakers in the next 2 weeks - Yea! I know about tweaks like possibly tilting the center down (if located above a TV) to aim it at the listening level (great article on main page about CEDIA HT calibration etc.), would this apply to my ADP470 surrounds which will be mounted on the side walls about 6' above the listening level? Are there mounting brackets that will allow you to control the tilt? Do I have to make my own?

2 - The ADP470s are really kinda bulky square boxes - not with angled sides like the 170s or rounded like Monitor Audio surrounds. Would it be feasible to create some kind of white cloth/speaker material enclosure which might soften the effect of a 1.5'x1.5' box hanging on the wall???

3. - With outdoor areas being so much larger than indoor spaces, how many speakers can be driven off a typical 2 channel A/B capable amp? Only 4??? I will retire my current set-up (of the above nature) to the garage and may use it to power speakers in my back yard. I have two distinctly different patio areas where I would like music and maybe even a third. Do I need multiple amps or to string electricity to all areas and use powered speakers??? I am not talking about concert level loudness - just background music for dinner parties etc. - can these kind of speakers be strung serially somehow??

Thanks for your advise,
Paul
