I purchased an Adcom ACE 315 surge supressor/line enhancer. This is what I noticed. My amp is an Adcom 7605. It has peak level lights that come on when 1% distortion is reached. Of coarse you are not able to hear distorion at this level, but the lights let you know you are there. Before I installed the ACE 315, I could light them up between 0dB and +3dB(level on Yam 1400), depending on the source. Now, the lights are no where to be seen. And I am not going to see how high I can crank it before they come on. So, I assume it is doing a great job. Also, I seem to have a better picture on the boob toob. It also has an unlimited joule rating.
