Surcode DTS encoder

I have the Minnetonka Surcode Cd DTS software and I’m experiencing a major issue after I encode into DTS. The problem I’m having is after I encode my audio files, it plays fine in the Surcode audio player but when I burn to cd, there’s nothing but an irritating noise and also before I burn to cd and want to play it back on another media player, I get the same noise. My audio files are in mono @ 44.1 kHz and I have Sony Acid 4 Pro to create the surround mix. Can anyone help me?

If the files are DTS encoded you have to play them in a media player that has a DTS decoder.

You cannot burn an audio CD with DTS files. You'd have to decode them to 16/44.1 PCM first as that is the format of an audio CD.
