Sunfire Sub specs

Can anybody help me identify this Sunfire Dominator Subwoofer? I have looked on the Sunfire web site, but I cannot find any specs on this sub. Anybody know the specs like the power rating, year produced, model number or any other specs?

May have Found a Clue

I 'googled' Sunfire Dominator and found several models. My guess is that the model numbers go by size. What model is yours [if you can find it on that box]?

There is no model number that I can find on the sub other than Sunfire Dominator on the amp plate. It is a 10" woofer.

Using Google and reading the posts, it was produced in 2006. The 12" model (D-12) sported a 1,000 watt amplifier and it sold for about $400. I didn't see any mention of a 10" model.

I would have two questions of Sunfire: Driver impedance curve and under what impedance load will the amp output 1000W

I believe his point is that without knowing other things, knowing the amplifier power of a powered subwoofer is completely useless. Very often, people are told irrelevancies, whether we are talking about subwoofers or vacuum cleaners. With a powered subwoofer, what matters is the sound output, not the output of the amplifier contained in it. (With vacuum cleaners, manufacturers like to tell you how many amps of power they draw, which tells you nothing about how well they suck up dirt.)
