I know a lot of people have posted asking for suggestions on projectors and screens, but I don't think I have seen a post including the new Sony HS60.
Here are my two questions:
1. Which projector would you recommend and why, the Panasonic (PT-AE900U) or the new Sony (VPL-HS60)
2. Which screen would you recommend and why, Carada Criterion Series, or the Vutec Silverstar. I am planning to buy a 110" screen, and I heard the
Criterion series has a 1.5 gain while the Silverstar has a gain of 6 (I am not sure I got this right). Would this much gain be worth the additional $1000.
Additional info,
This is a dedicated media room with no outside light. Room is 20 x 16, and the projector is being placed 14' back.
