Subwoofers stopped working?

Attached is my whole setup. I bought a eTopxizu 12v 30a Dc Universal Regulated Switching Power Supply 360w so that I could power my amp and connect my subs that came from my suv into my garage. Everything was working fine for about 2 hours and then all of the sudden my subs stopped working. They started pulsing very slowly with no audio. I turned the switch on the amp that says "Sub Sonic" back on and they stopped pulsing but now I don't know how to hook them up to where they'll properly work. I know my RCAs are probably in the wrong location either on the amp itself or in the back of the receiver but I've never done this before so I'm not too sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your subwoofer preouts need to go into the red and white input

So the back of the receiver is fine? I just need to run the RCAs over to the Input on the amp?

Yes because your amp needs a input signal received from receiver sub preouts

Not sure why your using two sub pre outs for one amp though. You should be using a single sub preout and splitting it to the left and right input on the amp. Basically you are setup in your picture using two sub preouts for one amp. Your using the wrong wire for the job.

Weird how it worked for a couple hours that way. Anyways I switched the cables around and I'm still not getting anything from the subs. But when I plug them in they make noise.

Use only one sub preout. You need a stereo to mono cable for your set up not the cable your using

Adapter is fine. It should have stereo input on one side to plug the existing stereo cable into and mono input on the other side. You can use one side of another stereo rca cable meaning red or white side unless you have s mono cable already with rca ends either would work.

I'm looking to see if my local walmart would carry one but it doesn't look like they do.

For peace of mind try hooking only the sub pre out #1 to the right(red) input on the amp and see if you get a signal

Could I have messed something up by having the sub outs go to the amp out? It worked fine for a few hours....

I did. They look fine. The speakers make a thump when plugged in but then nothing.

Sub Pre outs on receiver are meant to signal one amp each. Using two for one amp not sure why that even worked to begin with. It’s possible your amp may have blown though. I hope that’s not the case here.
