Subwoofer Squeeking

I have dual Klipsch RSW-10d on a HT and Music setup. Absolutely no problem with music, but when pushed with strong, deep effects in movies, one of the subwoofer makes a strange squeaking noise. What could this be?

Check for loose screws on the driver and amp first. "Squeak" is not a good noise if it is not something loose and could possibly be a damaged driver.

My grill on the RW12d would make some odd noises at high volume, alleviated when I removed it. Some others for that same sub also reported port noises from the way it was constructed and needed to be glued in some cases I believe, but it's been a while....

I will go ahead and check all the screws and rubber feet, hope the problem is there. I run them with no grills, eliminating the grill possibility.

Thank you for your help!!!:)

Might also go further than checking screws, like removing the driver and having a look inside, too.

Will do a thorough physical check, no electronic stuff, and hope for the best!!

Might be the VC or the VC former is rubbing on something like the pole piece. Does the squeaking sound like it is coming from inside the sub? If not, it may be the surround is rubbing against something. I am guessing the VC has fallen out of alignment, which means you may need to have the driver replaced.

Myt problem was one single screw missing from the lower grill, very simple, air passing through whistling!!! Thank you all for great suggestions!!:)
