subwoofer recomendations under 400$

I recently started to build up my system and i have just purchased tannoy f1 custom bookshelf speakers and i am trying to find a sub that will help with the low end it will mostly be used for music then gaming then movies the room is 12 x 12 so a ten inch sub seems to be the way to go. but i live in canada so i am limited to companies like tannoy, paradigm , jbl, klipsch, axiom.
the subs i am looking at closely are the paradigm pdr 10 and also tannoy ts 1001.

Hi Jake, and Welcome to Audioholics.

For a nice fellow Canadian like you, I recommend the Paradigm PDR-10.

And Jake, if you can make a deal for about $400 cdn or so, try to get the Paradigm DSP-3100. You should be able to get a discount on it, for maybe $450 cnd at the very max.
