Subwoofer Placed Behind Bed

Hey

So ive been playing around a bit with subwoofer placement and tried crawling around to corners to see where i should place my subwoofer.

Eventually i came upon a corner that i decided is the best spot for the subwoofer. My only concern is that it is in a corner and my bed is right beside it blocking the subwoofer from the rest of the room. Will this block the subwoofer sound or will it still sound good? The only reason i havent placed it there already is the computer to amp cable i have is too short and i will need to buy an extension if i want to place my sub there.

Thanks for help

If it sounds best there then go with it! You can use and rca type plug cable for the sub. I use an old digital coaxial for mine lol.

The way to place a sub is simple. Place it in your seating place and crawl around the room until you get the best sounding bass to you.

Then swap places and you are perfect. Beds and other things don't matter except in asthetic considerations(WAF) Which I rate of more importance than perfect bass. But hey we pick and choose our battles.
