Subwoofer IN-WALL Wiring??

Hit me up with the best (read: affordable) way to run in-wall wiring to my sub....I'm running a Mirage OMNI S12 and Harman AVR635. Thanks.

For the powered sub, use a cable that is also used for cable TV, RG 6 or 59 types. Hook it up to a wall plate where you intend to put your sub. Make sure that the outlet into the room has an RCA connector. You can use F-connector for the inside section.
Then you just run RCA cables to the wall at both locations, receiver and sub location.
