I need help making adjustments to my sub I recently had neighbors complaining about to much bass in music & some movies I have an atmos setup would love to still enjoy some good volume after paying so much money into this system. Is there any way to keep most of the sound in the home. It's a Sony all core setup. I live in a mobile home park. Don't want the property manager called again.

Yes. This is easy. Hitch on to the neighbors trailer, and haul it away. Done...lol.
Of course I’m kidding. That’s a tough one. The only thing you really can do is turn it down.
Trailers are horrible for sound insulation You could possibly insulate the skirting or add some. Or install better windows and try to better insulate the walls. This would probably be cost prohibitive.
Other than playing stuff when nobody else is home I think volume control is all you’ve got. Denon and Marantz have a setting called something like LFC low frequency containment. I believe it’s made for a “night mode” or something so you don’t disturb others in the house. Maybe something like that?
Idk, maybe a bigger brain than mine can help.

What if I buy a wireless subwoofer kit move the sub to the other side of the room away from the window and not under the table like it is to where it would be closer to where we are sitting so I can have some bass to where I can hear the sub better where I'm sitting that way I can turn it back up some but also hear it better to where I don't have to turn it up too much at the same time

Sub frequencies travel. Try a sub isolation pad. And have you properly calibrated the sub and system

Yeah for sure. If near field is an option I’d try that.
