Hi All,

I went to a local dealer yesterday and purchased my first pair of Paradigm studio 20 for 640$. I skipped the $630 center (cc-570) due to my limited budget and buying a sub woofer instead.

Will the SVS PB10-NSD be an okay sub for these 2 new main speakers? About the smaller ATOM, will these speakers be a good set for the rear?

Thanks

I guess it depends

The main question is how big is your room? Thoses are some really good speakers and the PB-10 will blend very well with them. It is a great sub regardless of the price, and considering the price it is phenominal. If your room is avergae to a little above average size it will be all you need. Let us know the size and we can go from there.

Good Luck.

Well

these should kick the TAR out of the def tech and svs sb01 system you were first asking about. Good choice the svs pb10 nsd it will have no problem in that room. For a 10" it's very powerfull just thinker with placement and if your unsure put it the the corner like most of us:D.

Good Luck & Better Decision on speakers, Billy p :)

I've had the Studio 20s for about six years or so. When I first bought them I got Atoms to use as my surrounds and they worked out very well. The PB10 should handle a room your size with ease.

Yep, the PB-10 should have no problem with that room. I had it in a room much larger than that and it did OK. I preferred the Titans for a little more bass because they were easier to blend with a sub, but the Atoms should work fine also.
