Hi all, if i'm swapping out a 10'' sub with a 12'' sub do i need to run audyssey all over or can I use the old settings.

Yea, you may want to run audyssey again. That 12 inch subwoofer might put out a little more in terms of spl and deeper bass than the 10 inch did _ enough to warrant such action.

I agree - plus, I'd want to run it again to get the output level correct, since you'll have a different amp with a different volume setting on the new sub.

ANY time you change ANY speaker or sub you always want to re-run your auto calibration. Even if you change the angle of a speaker or move them around at all you would want to re-run it. Sometimes small adjustment can make noticable differences in output or sound. I even re-run my YPAO 100hrs after i make new purchases so as to allow for "break-in"....if that is even a real thing or not.
