Sub issue

My Velodyne CHT-10 sub has a peculiar habit. It works great then the spl drops off dramaticly and the driver is barely moving. This is after it has been in stand by mode. When I shut it down and change the connection it comes back with full authority. Any thoughts?

Part of the protection circuitry. My old CT-100 did the same thing when you have it thumping for a while(but the protection light wouldn't be on if you looked at the back, turn it off and on again and it was fine).

Yes, that works mac. Not a huge deal, guess I can live with it considering how good it sounds with the Studio 20's
