I have a kappa perfect build and I am going to be building another one so I got a y splitter.... I tried using the y splitter just for kicks and when I put an RCA to both of the O audio bash inputs the sub got louder. Why is this and should I have them both hooked up or is it just a matter of turning up the gain?

I would think that using both inputs is causing it to be louder due to having a higher input voltage. To get the same volume with one input, just turn up the gain.

You will normally get a 3db gain by using dual RCA plugs, but this can be done by just using the gain on the sub without the use of extra cables and the inherent problems that come with using multiple analog plugs. Just use one and turn it up.
