So I've been ripping some of my DVD's onto an external drive to make watching them easier then loading them up on my blu-ray player.
What I'm experiencing is micro stuttering during slow motion pan sequences. During intense action or on a static background I don't get any stuttering when I set my video cards output to 23 hz. Setting output to 24, 59, or 60 doesn't help and in nearly all cases increases stuttering. It's really not that bad but my blu-ray player plays them fine and I don't really want to go through the time it takes to rip them onto a HDD if I can't fix this problem.
Video card is a evga GTX 260 and my display is a Sony KDL-42V4100.
