stricktly dolby decoder

Im running a surround sound system through 3 amps... i'm driving some high powered speakers and cant afford a reciever to drive them. so I was wondering if anyone knew of any decoders that just decode into RCA outputs. no speakers or anything.
any help is much appreciated

thanks mtrycrafts. oh well, i had a brain fart
I already have a dvd that decodes the signal. The problem stems from upgrading my Satelite service to voom. I'd like to take advantage of the 5.1 that goes along with HD programing, but unfortunately he voom box doesn't come with a decoder. So thats why i want just a decoder.
one solution i've thought about is to just buy a cheap reciever that would have the outputs i'm looking for. But i'd rather not resort to buying cheap equipment.
