Is internet radio compressed when streamed? I have an Apple TV (hard drive version) that streams internet stations via Wi Fi without my computer being on. I have a mix of ripped Apple lossless files and 256kbps files purchased from itunes, and occasionally stream the internet stations that appear on the Apple TV menu. Some of the internet stuff sounds pretty good. Do the stations do anything to the equalization on their end?
