I have a Samsung Blu-ray plaer model BD-D5700. It has wireless internet and can stream Netflix movies via wi-fi. So I do that. But sometimes, some episodes are not marked as seen, even if I let it run to the end of the credits, so that episode is the default episode when I come back to a series like "How It Works".
I think this is happening in this case:
- I start the episode, watch a few minutes, then stop it, turn off Samsung player.
- On a different day I come back, resume the episode, and let it run to the end of the credits.
- This episode is sometimes not marked as read, so it is always the default episode to be played via Netflix. What this means is, in order to watch the next episode, I have to go to "More Episodes", cursor down, and choose the "real" episode I have not watched. Clearly there is a bug here.
How can I fix this? Netflix does not have a help option that covers this case, nor can I type in text in the Netflix help request screen.
