Strata Mini (Rare Piano Gloss Black)

Hi, selling my Minis. Strata Minis are a full range floorstanding model with a 350 W powered 8 inch subwoofer in each tower. The finish of these is piano gloss black--very few with this finish were made.In addition to the subwoofers, each tower contains a 1 inch planar-magnetic tweeter, 8 inch planar-magnetic midrange, and 5.5 inch midbass dynamic driver. The original grills will be included (but are not pictured). I have the original boxes and crate. I would strongly prefer to sell locally, zip 95695 (Northern California), but will be willing to ship if the buyer covers all shipping expenses including insurance (realize these are heavy speakers; shipping to contiguous US only). Payment will be by PayPal or personal check (shipping will proceed only after the check has cleared). Will email pictures to those who are interested, asking $1,150 obo

I just did a search on audiogon and the only two hits that came up under "Strata Mini" were in the rosewood finish. Neither matched your zip code.

I forgot to say that im the orignal owner and they are in perfect condition. Those of you that have heard Strata Mini's before know that they sound very musical with tight bass. Those of you that would use this speaker in a home theater set up could get away with not adding any subwoofer. If you are interested and live close to my area, come buy and take a listen.
