Hey there. I'm expereincing what seems to me to bea very odd prolem with cd-r/dvd drive installed in my laptop. My computer will play audio fine in any format (MP3, cd audio, wma, etc etc.) and the video portion of DVD's displays seemingly without any hitches. However, the audio for dvd's will not play, or at least i cannot hear it. It is not the DVD's, as i have tried multiple ones in this machine, and have tried the same DVD's in other computers without expereincing the same problem. From what i can tell it is not an issue regarding codec or anything. But then, my knowlege in these "technological" fields is fairly limited. Hence i come here to see if any of you may be able to offer any insight into what the problem may be.
