Most decent mid-level 7.1 receivers offer multi-zone/source capability. They can be configured to run a 5.1 HT and 2nd zone off the receiver's internal amps or 7.1 HT with separate amplification for the other zones. There are some decent inexpensive amps out there that can be used for the additional zones.
