Status Update on Paradigm Reviews

Over the course of the past year or so we have made several attempts to acquire Paradigm speakers for review via their Marketing Firm Caster Communications and Paradigm directly but have been unsuccessful. Our recent correspondence with Paradigm's Marketing Manager Mark Aling claims they are unable to send products for review at this time. We are sad to report we are unable to do detailed evaluations of Paradigm products at this time.

Am I reading this list correctly? Caster is the rep firm for both Paradigm and Audio Revolution? A review site that reviews and advertises Paradigm speakers on that site? Wow I knew Paradigm was a marketing machine but
that is taking it to the next level :rolleyes:

But you guys have done thourough reviews of RBH speakers in the past, and they are repped by the same guys. Honestly though, I think paradigm might want to take a look at this site and see how often they are suggested by posters. Imagine what a full blown reviwe could do for them. I've got a question, one I have held back on asking. Have you asked PSB for any samples? They are repped up here by a company called lenbrook who also cover Marantz and Nad, two other brands I'm curious about. I'm not asking you for any specifics, but have you ever asked for any samples?

We met PSB at EHX and provided them coverage here

Unfortunately, we lost the contact info of the marketing rep we met at the show. When our schedule clears we will contact them again to line up reviews. The PSB folks we met at EHX were very cordial. Marantz reviews are already on the way.

Yes but I dont think that Castor is the rep firm for A/H

Doing review's' advertising and then having the rep frim for both the review site and manufacture I wish I could have that kind of arrangement ;)

What do you expect from Paradigm, a company that treats customers like meaningless things and sells defective equipment. Read my thread un loudspeakes and subwoofers for detail of my experience....

I think we get the point. You'll get more mileage talking with a manager at Paradigm & the BBB.

I have spoken with the managers as well as the BBB, I have filed a complaint there. The BBB has another complaint against Paradigm for waranty issues. I have also heard today that emails are being sent to Paradigm from industry magazines so it will be interesting to see if the pressure pays off.

Gene, I believe you are the 3rd or 4th person to send an email to Mark. I have heard from several magazine editors who have contacted him as well. I will let you know if anything changes with this.

anamorphic96, As ridiculous as you may feel this is, I feel it necessary to inform any potential buyers of Paradigm products to know what has happen to me. Most I have heard from are graitful that I have expressed my concerns openly in this forum.
