Star Wars - The Phantom Edit 1.1

Does anyone know if there is a copy of this floating around on the internet? If you don't know what it is, it is a fan edited copy of Star Wars the Phantom Menance. It removes alot of Jar Jar and has some edits to Anakins great performance I think it came out in 2000 so I guess im a little late about hearing about this but it sounds interesting.
