I remember that there were no hickups what so ever. The transaction was smooth, the stand arrived when it should have and there was no broken glass. The box containing the glass was super heavy and the empty stand by itself is difficult to lift alone, yet when I bought it, it was on a free shipping discount (the clincher). It was the best price after shipping.
The glass shelves have excellent quality but the poles do no look nearly as good as the picture. The paint is not a "home" finish but rather an "industrial" kind and some of the threads were slightly difficult. I also had to play the permutation-combinations to get the straighter fitting poles in the front of the rack and some of the crooked ones in the back.
