Hi Folks!
I am a newbie ...purchased an SR7002 on Amazon...it came with the RC3001 remote control; the manual however refers to the RC8001.
Spent quite some time going through the user manuals to figure out how to get the RC3001 to use it as an universal remote to control other non-marantz a/v devices (1. scientific atlanta DVR 8300HD, 2. Panasonic TH-PZ77U). For example, not even able to get it to power on these devices...The addendum sheet was not of much help.
Tried to use the wizz.it - followed the steps that appeared logical - was unsuccessful! Any tips/help would be much appreciated.
