spyder tv and sound calibration cd

I recently purchased the digital radio shack sound meter and was wondering what test cd to use...how many options are there and ....any suggestions???

does anyone have any knowledge of spyder tv calibration and is it worth the 150 dollars ???

Audioholics did a review of the spyder tv calibration system, but I have to wonder where you found it for $150? I can't seem to find it for less than $199. Anyway, here's the link to the review:
