Spring Fever!!!!!!

Folks, I don't know about you, but I have a bad case of Spring Fever. Right now, we have a chance for some severe weather coming in later this evening. Wouldn't you know it, snow over the weekend. I have had enough of Winter myself and I am really looking forward to Spring. Just curious, does anyone else here have a craving for Spring and putting an end to this Winter? Assuming you do, what, if any, plans do you have once Spring does arrive?

Hmmm, that might sound like I was rubbing it in. Oh, yeah. I was. :D

I grew up in Illinois, so I know exactly what you're talking about, Phil. Spring is a great time of the year back there. Hang in there, man. It'll be here before you know it.

I am sure it will, but old man Winter just does not want to go away. :p:p It won't be soon enough if you ask me. Is it here already? See, what I mean? Is it that obvious I am ready for Spring? :D:D

I am so done with winter. Winter started early this year and hasn't let up at all. Usually, we get a mid-January thaw and some warm days to break it up but no, not this year. It's going to be below freezing here for at least another week and maybe more.

C'mon Algore, make with the global warming already. I'm freezing up here.

What will I do once spring arrives? Sounds like Corvette weather to me.:D

Dave, it has not been quite that bad here, but bad enough that I am pulling my hair out. Wait-I don't have much hair so I am in trouble!!!!!!! :D:D No really, I have had enough too.

When spring finally arrives, I'm going to run around outside naked for a good 2-3 minutes.

Our current winter is pretty much spring already. It was in the high 60s today and very pleasant. We were looking at drought conditions previously, but one really big storm got us up to 90% of rainfall for the season. Plants are already blooming because it has been warm enough and they think it is spring.

I love that line from Arthur where Dudley is sitting on the crapper and John Gielgud just deadpan's that line like he's unfazed by his surroundings. It's probably the best line in the movie. I've waited 28 years to quote it at just the right time.:D

John, it sounds like the weather is great there. I hope that here in Western KY things will follow suite quickly. Unfortunately, it looks like we have more snow/freezing rain coming our way. I am looking forward to wearing shorts again as I am not a bluejeans wearing guy. ;);)

Hey Dave, do you have a Vette? I had a C5 coupe and then a C5 Z06. I loved the Z06. Was sad to see it go, but unfortunately, I'm afflicted with an illness which makes me get bored of cars quickly. Apparently there is no cure for this. In fact, I sold the coupe when it was just over a year old.

Sweet Ride. If that's the cure, I don't mind having that illness. Unfortunately, our prescription plans don't seem to share the same level of coverage.;)

My Vette is the base coupe, LS3 430Hp, 6 speed auto. Back when I had my 02 Camaro SS, it was originally a C5 Z06 that turned me on to getting a Vette. That was an awesome ride in it's day. But that Porsche, what model is it? It looks awesome just standing still. Knock, knock...Hello summer...are you there?

BTW, is that a Phaeton in the background?
