Spidey.......anyone?

I am a fan of the Spiderman movie series (part2 is easily my favorite), and I thought part3 delivered exactly as billed. I thought the movie was a real hoot and I really had a fun 2 hours watching.

IMO.....the Spidey series is an example of popcorn movies at their best.

I got the Spiderman 3 Bluray with my PS3, and the audio and video quality of this movie is excellent. I was never a comic book fan, and didn't keep up with the story, so I don't know how true to the comics the movies are, but they are definitely entertaining and worth a watch, especially if you have a good system. Spiderman 2 and 3 have some really good LFE, as well as lots of surround action going on.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. As for picture and sound, those are "transparent" in the sense that I only notice them if they are not good, so they must have been.

The CGI scenes still look very fake. But it was a pretty good production, and I like how it focused heavily on story with relatively short action screen time(the exact opposite of the typical modern day action/hero movie). But I must admit that I preferred Peter when he wore the black suite. I despise goody-goody-two-shoes Peter. I liked his black suite personality far better than his normal self. I knew he would lose the black suite, but I still felt disappointed when he lost it.
