Spell Check

Now, I'm far from a good speller but my god, the butchering of the English language that goes on here is painful. There are many spell checking programs that are readily available. Your friends at AVS have one. Please consider this.

I personally use the one that comes with the google bar. Works fine for me.

Spell check will not catch errors like 'sweat spot' instead of 'sweet spot'; nor will it catch grammatical errors like 'to' instead of 'too' or the myriad other mistakes. Just have to live with it.

Well I'll be damned I never knew I had spell check on the Google bar. As a chronic misspeller that's great!

Interesting, my eyesight isn't much better than my spelling so would you mind using screen capture and show me/us where it is?

When you hit the reply button, it is right above the emoticon box(on the right), beside the window size buttons. You have to download a plugin, but it works just fine for spelling.

I told you exactly where it is, you can't miss it. When you open a reply box (PM or post) look in the top right corner above the emoticons(in the light grey box).

Click it, and it will pull up a window to DL the plugin.

The plugin does not download. Probably because I use the Firefox browser. Regardless, thanks for the help.
