Speakers under 400 in Berlin

I have relocated and shipping the Jamo speakers I had was not worth it. I need to buy a pair of speakers here in Berlin. I'm looking at entry-level audiophile gear. Maybe second-hand.

My amp is an electroacustic innovations B-950. It was a small UK company that went under, but it made great amps. Mine is double monophonic. Google will return no hits, but the amp was reviewed in specialized press ('alta fidelidad' which may be a translation of some other english magazine) when it came out. Extra points if anyone has heard of the company :)

Since I'm in Germany now, maybe it'd be cheaper to get a german brand.

Any recommendations? I'll ideally spend under 400 second hand or new. Good places to shop in berlin (where I can take my amp and hear various boxes) would be nice. Are there any more localized forums I should be looking at?

Thanks

Speaker options

I know that MB Quart is made in germany. Canton, B&W, Mission, Mordaunt Short, and Tannoy are also european brands. Other widely distributed brands like Paradigm and Klipsch should be available over there.

Listen to several options and let your ears decide.
