Speakers 2.1 to 3.1

So I just bought Klipse ProMedia 2.1 speakers and I love them, but my only question is could I use a wireless USB speaker to put behind me. If I can which one should I use. The speaker would be 5-7 feet behind me.

I can't think of a situation in which that would be advantageous. It is likely possible but I would just ask 'why bother?'
