Speaker wire under carpet

Are there any recommendations for a good quality wire that can be ran under a carpet without bulging?

Radio shack sold, several years ago, a flat 14 gauge speaker cable made specifically for this purpose.

I used it when I lived in apartments. It worked well.

Perhaps the still sell this.
