speaker stand question

Howdy, I am looking for some decent speaker stands for a pair of Monitor Audio RS1. I am looking to spend around or less than $110 shipped or so.

I don't remember what they are called, but Home Depot sells those concrete or stone stands where you can put flower pots on top, about waist level, for super cheap. They are super sturdy and extra rigid. Plus, they are disposable, meaning when you move to a new place, you can just throw them out.
