Speaker setup

I have a Marantz SR5003 receiver and have problem setting up speakers. Audyssey won’t recognize back speakers (no sound output during calibration) I factory reset unit and it still doesn’t recognize speakers. When I manually check levels on front l&r speakers sound also outputs on back speakers at same time. Setup won’t let me switch to back speakers. Help!!

Try to set them as surrounds and see if that helps.

Maybe double check that they arent assigned as zone2.

I can’t select surround back speakers on osd. It says spk C. Cursor will not even highlight that option.

I got it. There is a dip switch on back plate for speaker c. Turned it off. Thanks
