Speaker Setup Advice Needed

Hello,

I have a Yamaha RX-V373 receiver I need assistance in wiring to my various speakers and subs. The previous owner of the house we moved into has built in speakers in the wall and I do not know what kind. I would like to connect the 2 front and 2 rear built-in speakers along with an additional 2 front speakers from a Sony home theater system. Currently, I just have the front speaker output wires attached to both the built-in and the sony ones...is that an acceptable solution? Also, I would like to power two passive subwoofers with a mini power amp (https://www.amazon.com/Kinter-MA170-Channel-Digital-Amplifier/dp/B007TUSXEY). Subwoofer models: Sony SS-WSB102 and a Phillips SW3555 E. I plan on using an RCA Y-splitter to carrying the signal into each of the bass amp L and R channels with the speaker wire output wired to each of the subwoofers. Each subwoofer has an impedance of 3 ohms and they will be wired in parallel (based on the layout of the amp). I imagine I can calculate the voltage needed from that information but I am not experienced in this subject and am wondering if a 12V amp will be enough to power both the subwoofers.

Thanks in advice for your help!

You only have a 5ch avr, why would you want additional fronts? Acoustically as well as impedance load probably just not a good idea. Knowing what the in-wall speakers are by make/model (perhaps by pulling them out and identifying them if need be), as well as your others. Cant imagine driving subs to any appreciable level with that mini amp, too.
