Speaker repair in Phoenix?

Hey everyone, I need help. I need a speaker builder or a repair guy near the Phoenix area to help me repair my Velodyne DF-661 monitors. Im willing to straight up pay cash for assistance. Parts are UNAVAILABLE. However, I feel the solution might not even need new parts.

Let me describe how the speaker is planted inside the box. The magnet and coil is held by a bracket or something inside of the box. The speaker element itself is attached to a frame that bolts onto the front box. When you undo the screws for this exterior frame, the speaker element comes out but its still attatched to the coil and the rest of the speaker. Anyone following me?

The problem Ive been having is a clicking sound at high excursion. The cause of this clicking sound is the front plate that the speaker face attatches to. It seems to be warped or not in straight. If I loosen some of the screws, the clicking gets louder or quieter.

Can someone please help?
