I've got a vintage set of ESS AMT1A's, the foam is gone on the speakers and the passive radiators are in the same shape.
I've been doing some reading and think that I can re-foam them myself.
Any tips, tricks, pointers?

This comes up quite often. This is how you go about it. This is the last time I went through it.

For the passive radiator, there won't be a pole piece and voice coil gap, so you just need to replace the surround.
