Speaker "pops"

I have l/r/c/sr/sl/sub to yammie 1400, when I view Hi Def and digital channels the sound is great

when I watch non-digital, "normal" audio channels I get little pops or crackling
through the center and 2 front speakers

I do not think this is a speaker or receiver issue, or I would hear these
noises when I view DVD's and HD digital programming as well ? right ? wrong ?

Is the source different when this is going on? If so look to the source, cables etc.

If the source is the same, ie cable, it may just be the quality of the audio signal. Maybe not, just a thought.

This could also be due to interference on the non digital lines.
