the guys at www.Partsexpress.com have some very nice kits. Pretty decent quality stuff with most of the work already done for you. I didn;t see a tower kit, but maybe if JohnA logs in sometime today he can tell you if there is any big stuff. The biggest kit I saw was about two feet high, with two seven inch drivers and a tweeter. You can even download the manual and see if that's the level of work you are wanting to do.

The sub kits and bookshelf kits had alot of options and were very competitively prices. Hopefully John is working on some better center toys and some towers in the very near future.

Actually, I've never talked to John, but he is in here alot supporting people. He builds and sells the stuff every day, so he knows alot more about it than most. I think he has alot of fun with it, and if he makes some visibility for his company along the way, I guess it's just a bonus for him. He has a large number of posts and seems to stop in quite often.

I'm Here!

Hello...is someone calling me? Hello....I hear you....There you are...I heard that you were looking for me? :)

Here is a link to the speaker building kits we have:

http://www.partsexpress.com/webpage.cfm?&DID=7&WebPage_ID=209

The largest speaker we have is the Vifa/Dayton Aluminum MTM Kit. We don't have any towers, they would take up just way too much space.

For the record, I'm the home A/V Product manager (more finished A/V stuff), and have made only one set of bookshelves  (I know I know). Darren Kuzma is the speaker building MAN  . You can find him on our forums board. And our forum board is more towards the speaker DIY. And when you are on our board don't confuse me with the John A Stockholm on our fourm. :D

If you are looking for a tower design check out our projects page:

http://www.partsexpress.com/projectshowcase/index.html

I hope I have helped. Any questions feel free to email me at johna@parts-express.com :)
