i will try and help

OK it depends on a couple thing first if you want others to help i suggest giving a lot of detail like your goals budget and the likes. To answerer your question I think the reason people stuff there boxes is because it slows down the waves and increases base extension by making the enclosure seem larger. I think that it is always good to stuff im not sure what with but acousta stuff (spelling?) or just go to walmart and get some poly fill or what ever that stuff is called (white fluffy teddy bear filling) anyway i hope i helped or atleast someone with more knowledge will help also welcome to the site im still a newb my self but hope to change that:D

Edit: by enclosed do you mean sealed as in no port
