I've been looking for a set of Klipsch KLF 30's (possibly KLF 20's) and a KLF-C7, to go with the pair of KLF20's I already own. However, my search so far has come up short.

Since I havent been looking at new speakers for 8 years or so I was wondering if anyone could provide some comparable alternatives to the Legend series (KLF). By comparable I mean same level of quality (or better, but if its by a significant margin please indicate that).

If Im unable to locate a set of KLF-30's and a C-7 I will be in the market for a new system.

BTW my system is mainly used for music and movies.

Thanks in advance.

You could use the 20's for the rear and get a pair of RF-7's for the front and a RC3 for the center. Those sould sound really good together.

95% of the ppl I have spoken with have said the reference series has a different sound than the legend series and they do not match well. Were you referring to the RF-7's and the RC3?

Im suprised at the lack of response to this thread. Maybe I should take that as a sign ppl arent familiar with Klipsch's legend line. Either that or there are no comparable speakers in the price/quality range.

I would say that most people aren't familiar with the legend line. I know of it, but I've never even seen them in a store.

I answered your other thread klf 20s the new refrence line don't match that well with the legend line if you have time to wait you can usually find them used on ebay or audiogon klf 20s for about $600 and klf c7 for $300 to $400 if not get rf7s and a rc7 for the front three speakers you can sell the klf 20s and get the surrounds that match go to the Klipsch forum those guys will have all the answers on Klipsch Rich
