speaker advice needed for <$3000 5.1 system

Hi people, I'm new in the forum and I'm looking to buy my first 5.1 setup. I live in Costa Rica so brand options are limited and shipping stuff from the US is quite expensive (also my courier company lost a set of Atlantic Technology 2200 5.0 I bought on ebay for $500 so not trying that again)

the options I've been listening to are

KEF Q500 fronts Q200C center Q800DS surrounds and Q400 Sub ($2750)
Klipsch RF62II fronts RC52II center RS52II surrounds and SW112 Sub ($2648)
Polk RTiA7 fronts CSiA4 center RTiA1 surrounds DSWPRO440wi sub ($1937)
Was also offered a 5.0 bundle of Atlantic Technology 2400 for $1700 but not I'm not crazy about them

been reading reviews about them and would love to listen to different opinions and advice

also considering but waiting for the dealer to send me the price for JBL Studio 580 (or 570 depending on price) fronts Studio 520C center and also asked for a suggestion for surrounds and woofer (not sure it will fit in my budget)

looking to spend between $2000 $3000 on speakers and will probably get a Denon receiver for them

Room is 4m x 6m x 3.5m

I really can't comment on the five main speajers but this I will say: While "general" speaker manufactures are great for their areas of expertese, look towards specialized subwoofer manufacturers for your best bang for the buck. Two main contenders currently would be Hsu and SVS. You might even consider two subs.

Also, Look to spend a large percentage on the sub since that visceral feeling you get when the walls rattle and t he pictures become lopsided iswhat makes you appreciate your HTsystem.

I'm with you on the subwoofer manufacturers (I've read so many good things bout SVS), the thing is we don't get those here, and I also checked the cost of shipping one to Costa Rica and it is ridiculous
